Overall experience is good. Company is moving in a direction to 5 days in office only. They have stopped remote events for sales staff and only hiring in Round Rock or Nashville. Pay is good if you are hitting quota. Great market fit and brand recognition. Lots of inbound leads. Culture has started to go downhill, but my direct managers have all been amazing. Executives seem to be the issue, not frontline managers.

Dell is unfortunately a shell of it's former self. A company that embraced remote workers for good, then turned on it's heels to force workers back into the office - and give promotions to people who are in the office first, not to the highest performers. A very sad turn for Dell. Wish I had better things to say. Would stay away.
