Great products and supply chain. they don't like to pay out full commission if you are over 100% and use terms like clawback and windfall. They use AI tools to predict the future and set quota but still do this as you overachieve from hard work. Lowering headcount over and over via layoffs is a no fun culture. The stock goes up but there is no way for employees to take part. Culture is fire drills and spreadsheets.

NGSA program in Hopk, Training is alright, heavy focus on understanding the tech/industry, less of a focus on developing sales communication skills, could be improved on this end.
