It was not the greatest experience. Very little support and management is very questionable in their decisions. Overall the company is in a very rough spot.

Dell is going downhill quickly, no surprise. There are now minimum quotas that are unrealistic to hit.

For 4+ years I was stuck in a role that was grossly underpaid, even by Dell's low standards. I finally had a manager who acknowledged the discrepancy and brought my pay up significantly.
