Check the boxes as an employer, but a lot of the little things are missed. Don’t think commission checks you get once they’re in your bank account at any point they can claim they made a mistake and take it out your next check.

Good company to work for outside of politics and "favorites". Hit the glass ceiling in later years of career and due to new dynamics was not able to create proper support system to help continuing to advance in my career and to necessary salary requirements.
