My overall Experience has been great for me but for other members on my team and extended team.. It hasn’t been easy. In terms of the leadership it has become shaky over the last two years due to the rash decision making process. If notices go out in a more timely manner, I would have much preferred that. Overall, I truly enjoy working for Dell but it has its dips that are really bad sometimes. And we are in one of them right now.

Overall lower base compensation but the name can get you further in your career. They know they can get away with it.
