Dell was a great place to start my career out of college. It's a job that will always be needed, however it is difficult to progress your career exponentially, and your pay is static.

Well-known and well-respected brand which helps as a seller. They drive quite a basic sales process (e.g. features and function, rather than business outcomes) and this reflected by the org not having the most creative of sellers in its teams. There are worse places to work though.
