Dell is a great company with many great people working there. The thing about sales is that sometimes you can land on a great account that does very well or vice versa. You just have to be prepared for either and put your best foot forward and then you will be successful.

Overall experience is good. Pro's: Lots of help when you need it. Attractive earnings. Growth potential. Con's: Leadership politics will literally lose sales, and it will still be the rep's fault. Overall Dell was a great place to start my career in Tech. Moving up through the ranks became a problem for me but there was a lot of opportunity to try new things.
