What is the SMG space like as an AE?

Saw DocuSign just opened an SMB role in Toronto, curious if it’s actually a good spot to go for, or just a tough backfill?

Have an opportunity to look into GEO Install or Finance/Insurance Install, which one is better, and why?

How does DocuSign have their verticals split? Is it zip code base or verticals? Also, do they go by the number of employees? For example, 150 employees and under is SMB and Mid Market is 150 employees and up? Looks like people here say that Install is better than NewCo. Why??

In reading reviews there are a ton of mentions of comp plan changes (mostly negative). Can someone give some guidance on what's been going on with the comp plan changes? Is now a good time to try to get in at Docusign?
