Current Employee Overall, it's a good company. Their focus used to be more on Employee satisfaction, but not so much anymore. I'm a top producer, lifetime average attainment of 147% and in order to get a raise I had to receive another job offer. Why let good employees get to that point?
New leadership has focused on GTM and Profitability, I know both very important to any company, but has seemed to put employee satisfaction by the wayside. Former Employee Great company but in the last year the culture was not the same
