A lot of great individual contributors in the Sales Org with a great culture amongst teams. But leadership tends to be very political and possesses a lot of favoritism. Many leaders throughout the Sales org should NOT be in Leadership positions. The company as a whole is going downhill.

DocuSign Canada is a great place to work with competitive comp plans and incentive structures. They've reduced headcount in the last 2-3 years providing current reps with decent sized territories. Company also continues to innovate with products beyond eSignature.

Product overall is still really strong but the culture has certainly shifted the past couple years to be profit focused (which is fine) but the sense of culture has been thrown out as a result.
