Current Employee I've been in SDR leadership here for a long time. The culture has drastically changed with new leadership and there is a lot of interest in making things look good, rather than doing what is best for the company, customers and employees.
The product is market-leading. The challenges at the company are entirely self-perpetuated. It's going to be harder now to advance to grow within the organization for the coming years
