Current Employee Docusign’s GTM team decided to overhaul the “Whitespace” and Segments (Enterprise / Mid Market / SMB / Digital) in the beginning of 2025. At the same time, they over engineered the comp plan to create forced attrition. Introducing a % gate that each sales rep must exceed in order to unlock 40% of your sales commissions. The ability to hit quota has dropped significantly. In order to hit quota you have a good territory, in a good vertical with a manager that will advocate for you. Additionally, I have yet to see an outside hire excel at Docusign in the past five years. Browse Other Reviews
