Overall experience is great! Quota however is very difficult to achieve. For the last several years only one person on my team achieved annual quota out of 9 people.

DocuSign is the market leader in eSignature. The solution is well recognized in the market. Growth peaked during the pandemic and has leveled off in recent years. Compensation is fair if you factor RSUs with OTE.

Years ago DocuSign was a great place to work, although a lot will change based on your leadership group and segment you support. Unfortunately, the care for any individual has been lost for a long time. Leadership are so far out of touch, and demand constant positivity despite numerous layoffs and negative changes for so many colleagues. It is a culture of survival.
