Working at DocuSign was a great experience prior to layoffs that happened. Leadership that was there for our org at the time was fantastic and supportive. Created opportunities to network and development. The base pay was fairly decent but the culture made up for whatever compensation lacked as well as benefits. Marketing could have done a better job with lead flow as some were completely irrelevant. Leadership changed during my time there that then led to major layoffs throughout the sales organization as a whole which were done at random rather than merit which was frustrating.

Prior to the re-org, I was supported and leads were coming in. Now after 7 months, leadership has no clue, a lot of internal bickering, and generally speaking, morale is at an all-time low.

Used to be a great company with great leaders. Now the culture is gone, we had 4 waves of lay offs, the company leaders are more focused on getting the company acquired than actually driving change
