Job was fine but product is becoming irrelevant and isn’t keeping up with AI. Compensation doesn’t match effort and structure should be measured on deal size not booked meetings.

good experience but overstaffed and no way to move up if you are not a part of the leadership brotherhood. I 've seen toxic behaviors which consist to pump the territory of someone by favoratism in order to fake coaching development made by the manager to the contributor
