Sales org with poor leadership and recurring internal fight for juicy accounts. Not surprised that the Rep av. length is +/- 1 .5 Yr. Push back culture across multiple teams that overload AE's daily tasks with no rev gen activities to sort that impact on personal sales targets

DocuSign is a good place to work with plenty of potential to earn a strong living, especially factoring in the equity component that most other large tech companies don't offer to this level. Product suite is a bit stale but still easy to sell. Less room for promotion due to slower growth but there is still opportunity for high performers.
