Current Employee2.9Jul 7, 2024DocuSign is OK, not great, but not horrible either. The future is a bit uncertain given the constant leadership changes and product rebranding exercises. The company is struggling to deliver on growth targets to Wall St which seems to be the crux of the issues.

Current Employee3.7Oct 3, 2024My experience was very positive. DocuSign did well in training MDRs and were well structured in terms of sales training and sales processes. They do pay less than other companies but the RSUs and benefits made up for it. My tenure was pre covid and middle of covid, so before the new management came in.
