Still a sinking ship. Everyone i know looking for a new role. New sales leadership is better though but still not great at the top. Super passive aggressive Good luck generating your own pipeline too. Partners are not great either and can often harm your deals.

Experience at Drata so far has been great. I was concerned after reading older reviews about turnover and growing pains but that seems to have all been worked out by now. We just acquired SafeBase which is huge for the enterprise team. Definitely takes more work to hit quota upmarket but we are rapidly closing the gap on PMF for larger enterprises.

My overall experience has been up and down. The management here is horrendous and is leading the organization down a path of ultimate failure.
