Best/most innovative company in the space and great people here. Pay isn't killer (not bad though) is my only compliant but Drata is a great place to be.

Overall Drata offers a solid product. Problem is the market is saturated with solutions that are cheaper. Most of the kid market customers already have a solution. Over hired for the sales org. Lots of politics, and majority of the team is not hitting quota sadly. AEs and SDRs are getting let go left and right, no job security whatsoever here.
