My overall experience was great. Dropbox is a great company to work for. I think the remote/virtual first never had a chance to work for the remote individuals on the team. Transparency was opaque, and I believe that affected individual growth. Great pay, Great product to sell, easy to sell. Some add-ons from acquisitions or partnerships were nice, but I didn't see them flying off the shelf.

It's an okay place to work, but I never was extremely excited about what I was selling and the leadership tended to change horses midstream quite often in terms of product direction/focus.
