Difficult sell competing against Google Drive/One Drive which all companies. dropbox is a nice to have, getting meetings is by using a scare tactic for the company's data; training/onboarding isnt great but culture and support are there if you ask for it.

My overall experience was great. Dropbox is a great company to work for. I think the remote/virtual first never had a chance to work for the remote individuals on the team. Transparency was opaque, and I believe that affected individual growth. Great pay, Great product to sell, easy to sell.
