Great data but lack of strategy diminishes the competitive advantages. They have let so much talent leave the business and instead promote people based on seniority.

My overall experience in terms of company is not too great. Team I have is pretty good but the product and senior management, operations, Hr was the worst i have ever seen.

A new executive leadership team took over a few years ago, changing the company sales organization to a finance lead organization. Total Sales compensation is reduced every year which is causing high turnover.
