My overall experience in terms of company is not too great. Team I have is pretty good but the product and senior management, operations, Hr was the worst i have ever seen.

My overall experience here is okay. The team leader I had was great but the overall leadership and disconnect between day to day sales and expectations was wildly disconnected. Lofty sales goals with only 2/20 reps hitting goal for the last few years. High goals, sellable products but roadblocks in the way

Fine company to work for if you're early in your sales career. Leadership and constant GTM structure makes it difficult to grow and understand how to make money/be successful. Some slight tweaks to leadership style and structre could make D&B a top desination for sales talent.
