Overall my experience was fine. They have a killer product that management loves; yet developers much prefer their more flexible competitor that has a mammal with fur as their logo. This product does well with old, extremely traditional tech behemoths, but not with new sexy young tech companies that were practically built on a hyperscaler. They are trying very much to change but could take years.

Promotion cycles pushed back always, can’t get a straight answer for anything from management. Energy low in office always. SDR organization needs work, evaluate carefully but if you need a first job not a bad one to have. Work life balance is great and good place to get your foot in the industry.

Moved to a 6 month quota which nobody likes, also commission caps were put in place. Solid solution and Dynatrace still pays well, lots of management changes. Would have a cautious eye on this.
