Current Employee In a slightly saturated market, DataDog has better marketing, but New Relic is still hanging on to existing customers. We have the best product, but it can be difficult to convince an org they need to change. Pushback comes from the time and resources to deploy and train. It always comes down to talent, territory, and unfortunately TIMING for your patch.
