Current Employee SDR org has gone WAY downhill here.
No longer a team environment, slack chat is now just management pumping it up.
This year the Quota pay was changed to reduce pay and require a lot more work. This job is now a total grind.
Very low ability to grow your career here. Natural move is to go from SDR to Inside sales AE. They promise 18 months when they hire you. There are about 15 tenured SDRs waiting to go to this promotion, but the team only hires 1-3 SDRs a year... Better to go somewhere else
