There is new sales leadership here at Dynatrace, and they have completely changed the culture for the worse. There is so much to say about the new leadership but unfortunately, I can't fit it all into 100 words. Personally, I will actively avoid every single (new) executive at this company for the rest of my life as they inevitably move to a new company to screw it up every X years.

Good place to start your career in sales but don’t stay too long. Lots and lots of tenured reps waiting to move into IC roles. Quota changed to monthly and upped right as december hit.

still solid - the business is in a better place than it was 18 months ago. new sales leadership in noram seems to be strong…just need to drive more new logos
