Former Employee2.9Jun 12, 2025Sales leadership (especially our newest CRO) is out of touch. They keep a strong distance between reps and follow a servant leader model. Also extreme favoritism is always in play. I don’t find the leadership to be ethical, and have let go a lot of individuals that questioned authority. Better to just be quiet and keep head down.
