Current Employee This place has gotten toxic. I have never experienced leadership that micromanages to THIS level. Despite being on an annual number, and having pipeline to exceed your number, the real quota is quarterly. If you don't hit...at any point...you're put on an unachievable PIP and managed out. Leadership calls sales lazy, incompetent, actively tanking deals, and worthless. These are actual quotes from Head of Sales. Avoid this place. The culture is TOXIC.
