I really enjoy working at elastic. The pay is great, the freedom is great and the colleagues are fantastic. The product is remarkable and exciting to sell. There is a lot to learn from colleagues. Targets are reasonable and the accelerator is great at 150%. I'm a happy SDR.

Great product - though complicated to sell to whitespace due to complexity. Great company environment, training and leadership for SDR's is minimal.
