Current Employee My overall experience has been neutral. When I originally joined, it had great culture, product, strategy and fit. After the Signal Science acquisition, Company morale, stocks, and everything took a hit. The really took a turn for the worst when Todd Nightingale was brought in as CEO along with his executive team. Fastly became a pretty terrible company to work for at that times now it’s looking to rebound without serious innovation to product in a while. Competitors have left it behind.
