Current Employee1.9May 12, 2025Company under pays current employees - annual raises of only 3% and promotions of only 10-15%. If you want to make money in sales, FedEx is not the place to be. If you like job stability and no real way to get fired, FedEx is a great place to work.

Our customer service, on time service and package integrity are at a 20 year low.
