Figma as a company is a great place to work. The people are solid, culture is welcoming. That said, as of the end of 2023, AEs and AMs are not hitting quota at scale like they used to. The CRO is trying to win over the sales org, but I’m personally still looking for a vision for 2024 and beyond. Adobe is still in flux, potentially a 50/50 chance of the deal going through.

Good culture, great yoy growth recently, phenomenal product, but net new is almost nonexistent to comeby as most businesses are using Figma already.
