Good culture, great yoy growth recently, phenomenal product, but net new is almost nonexistent to comeby as most businesses are using Figma already.

Figma as a company is a great place to work. The people are solid, culture is welcoming. That said, as of the end of 2023, AEs and AMs are not hitting quota at scale like they used to. The CRO is trying to win over the sales org, but I’m personally still looking for a vision for 2024 and beyond. Adobe is still in flux, potentially a 50/50 chance of the deal going...Read More

Figma has a great product market fit and our customers love our product. However, recently it's been hard to expand to other markets such as engineers & marketing outside of just design. It's also been really hard for reps to hit their numbers and the comp plan doesn't really allow for success
