The product is best in class but we're selling against our basic plan which is robust enough for most customers. Don't expect to hit quota - unattainable. It's an absolute grind. Otherwise, Figma is a good company with good benefits. Management is cool.

The product is best-in-class and the people who work there are second-to-none. Unfortunately, the culture leadership has regressed significantly over the past few years due to poor leadership.

I have grown tremendously here at Figma, and continue to be grateful for the opportunity at hand. Figma has a wonderful culture and runway with a strong product development team backing the sales team's efforts!
