Figma is an okay platform for design collaboration and workflow, but my experience with the company was mixed. Leadership didn’t provide strong guidance, and the team lacked diversity. While the tools themselves are useful, the organizational culture and management could use improvement to better support employees and foster an inclusive environment.

Wildly different company from 2022 to 2023. They completely over hired reps but priding themselves on not doing layoffs. PIPing people left and right, and forcing people out of the business that way. less than 10% of reps are hitting with most reps falling under 50%
