Current Employee Freshworks used to have a scrappy, collaborative culture where ideas could thrive and individuals had real impact. In recent years, it’s become increasingly corporate and top-down. Decision-making is slower, internal alignment is often unclear, and the energy that made it special has faded. Still some smart and passionate people, but the culture has shifted — and not for the better.
