FRSH is a company in their late adolescent years or early adulting. They are making strides in many areas product wise and listen to their customers to take their feedback into the future product roadmaps. Sometimes senior leadership have a lack of transparency with front end sales but that seems common in many SaaS orgs.

The culture has changed drastically since the new CEO - Dennis had joined in. The incentive plan has changed, earlier every SAL and Deal was counted, now it's more like only once you achieve 50% then you incentives start adding up.
