Company has a solid product and has growing mindshare in the marketplace. Leadership has had some major stumbles in the past year and made it much harder to do our jobs and affected our compensation. There is positive movement in turning this around but it'll take some time - maybe another year.

The base + OTE for this role is a lot lower than industry standard. They do not raise your base or OTE even after being there for multiple years and hitting quota. You are also not set up to hit quota, very few reps hit.
