West Coast End User Americas Large Enterprise has a lot of turnover. Probably the most sales reps per customer and you really have to work hard to get to quota.

The GTS role is the "main" segment of Gartner. There are other segments that are growing, but this is the one that most resonate with when they hear the Gartner name. As for the team itself, it will vary by manager. Assuming this is Large Enterprise, it will certainly have complexities in the territory due to rules of engagement, but the team dynamics themselves will vary.

West Coast End User under D.S is great from a training and development perspective. The territories are a bit more carved up compared to other roles at the company.
