Current Employee4.1May 24, 2024Great company, fantastic culture with limitless opportunities for growth. Can't say enough good things about it.

Current Employee2.3Dec 20, 2024Great development, ran the sales activities that would lead to retention and growth. Was assigned a book with most accounts well below the C-Suite and struggled to build a relationship with the buying group in accounts where it did not exist. Had plenty of pipeline through the year, high velocity, but main objection was price at end of the day.

Current Employee4.3Jan 13, 2025Gartner does well to take care of hard workers. Some roles have better inbound lead flow than mine, but it is mostly non-existent for my team. My role is heavier on existing client sales, but again that varies greatly across teams. Overall, I trust Gartner to do what is best for me, and my manager is very transparent with how they plan on helping me continue to grow.

Former Employee1.9Jul 17, 2024Great learning experience, cult like, and overall just selling a $100000 refined google search. Leadership is chummy but will push you out if you make more than what they want to pay a fresh college grad. If you have experience, it’s not a good place to work.
