Gartner Digital Markets was an unorganized, outdated, poorly run and managed business with manual processes, outdated tools and strategies, and overall failing business unit within Gartner. Despite some small success in the role, there is a major issue with micromanagement and failing to be flexible and adaptable in a space with better and more affordable options for intent data.

Been good so far, there are some new practices getting rolled out but normal growing pains.
