Former Employee3.1Oct 14, 2025Amazing launchpad for the tech industry. They know how to train their salespeople. Culture is "micro-managey" - which is to be expected for large org training inexperienced reps out of college. But it gets old as you progress.

It seems as if you didn't "drink the Gartner coolade", you were not wanted. Leadership was mostly long-time Gartner folk who had gotten quite fat and happy.
