My time at the organization was OK. I was put on PIP twice for missing MONTHLY numbers, despite surpassing quarterly and annual quotas. It seems as if you didn't "drink the Gartner coolade", you were not wanted. Leadership was mostly long-time Gartner folk who had gotten quite fat and happy. When AI was getting a ton of early momentum from clients in early 2024, Gartner wrote it off as "hype" and just now in August 2025 released their own AI tool. They also refuse to address AI competition in quarterly calls which is weird.

Great company to work for in terms of culture and sales recognition. They can be very rigid with a lot of processes which can be frustrating but on the whole if you're interested in a stable career, earnings and work like balance it's a good place for you.
