Current Employee2.3Mar 11, 2024Poor- very little autonomy for successful reps to leverage their unique expertise. Their playbook is regimented and often against market-buyer dynamics. Things have gone downhill due to intense focus on metrics and micromanagement.

Luck of the draw when it comes to territory and customers. Not a good place to be if you value having a tangible product to sell and value in person interactions with prospects and customer.
