The individuals that work here are great, however leadership and HR are toxic and protect each other. Additionally, they consistently underpay anyone that is an internal promotion, best way to be paid fairly here is to leave and come back in a few years as an external hire.

Working with gartner is a great experience, you learned every day and what you sell is totally different than other software, hardware and services companies, as you are positioning advisory and research subscription, it is even different than the consultancy work as we don’t engage as the consultancy engage and what we provide is self services.
