Current Employee People are ok but the organization has a weird cult like feel propelled by fresh out-of-college hires that are awed by their first white collar office job. If you get in to this org, you will be surrounded by peers who are on average 21-25 years old, or Gartner lifers with limited work experience.
Expect the following:
Lower base, crappy health insurance (because majority of sales workforce are under 26), inflexible sales process (Gartner way or no way), Leader worship (have witnessed new hires doing lunch and coffee runs for management).
