Current Employee Good org overall.
This product will never be a “need” unless an org is making a very large purchase decision on technology. We are consistently in the “nice to have category”. This is not to say you can’t sell your way out of it but it makes it that much harder when competition for budget dollars is high.
I would continue to work for Gartner if the pay was more competitive. Culture is nice. Leadership is good depending upon where you land.
The vertical you end up in is a huge determinant on earning potential at Gartner.
GBS stick to HR, Fin, Supply chain,
GTS: more cut throat but deeper market penetration (the product is more needed in this area)
