Great company to work for in terms of culture and sales recognition. They can be very rigid with a lot of processes which can be frustrating but on the whole if you're interested in a stable career, earnings and work like balance it's a good place for you.

Middle management plays the corporate game long enough to coast and collect their portion of every deal, adding little or no value to the culture and causing more internal headaches than would exist if they weren’t there at all. Org is good. Too much "do as I say, rather than as I do" but comp potential (if you are really good) is insane. Also, objectively great/cv builder brand
