Overall positive experience. Some challenges with the hype around AI, but not seeing strong adoption with enterprises on their large-scale transformation work which is where we thrive. Challenge for clients not using Gartner in those use-cases and purely leveraging our research for lower-level use-cases.

pretty stale, bloated leadership in MSE (mid size enterprise, healthcare specifically). Managers are promoted if they can regurgitate Gartner sales lingo, not if they can actually lead their sales people to success. Gartner is a great product, though, if they can treat us like sales professionals and not micromanage then I can see them actually hitting their often...Read More
